Who is Brandon Bradley?
Brandon Bradley is a seasoned restauranteur, with over thirty years in the game. He has experienced, first hand, the ups, downs, and downright shocking truths of restaurant life and lived to tell about it with captivating storytelling ability.
Born and raised in Detroit—affectionately known as “The D,”—Brandon now resides in Atlanta with his wife and four children.
He’s currently working on the next salacious installment of The Restaurant Diaries.
Introduction
Carter had never seen a gun, a pocket knife, or illegal drugs before working in a restaurant. When he watched a coworker chase his girlfriend with an ax, he thought maybe food service wasn’t for him. But nothing could mature a naïve fourteen-year-old kid into a seasoned professional like working at some of Americans favorite restaurants for over thirty years. He has learned more about life from balancing trays in a dining room than the unforgiving streets of Detroit and Atlanta. Surviving robberies, scandalous customers, and his first heartbreak all while on the job molded Carter from a boy to a man—with a few stories to tell.
